I owe Rambus a debt of gratitude for turning us on to the Bullish Halfway Pattern.  Silver had three of them in the 2008 Even Year Upleg, and is forming what I believe is a fourth.  The target for Jan 2009 is 31.81.  I thought issuing some sort of forcast would be impossible…but here it is….
