I took some time and visited a lot of families in and around the Pomonna Village tonight. I took the chairman;s bike.
This is the first time I have actually slowed down enough to see and touch and talk. These people are just fine…girls playing tag boys running off into the bushes[all happy and smiling] No cell phones i=pods nintendo…tag ..just tag.
I have spread the word that every 4th Sat or Sun. I will put on a pancake and oatmeal breakfast for the kids in Pomonna. I have a virtually unused 50×50 rec room below our house ,so why the hell not. I have visions of Soee with a big chef hat on flippin away. On his vacation of course.
We on the tent have a lot of wealth compared to these people. But we also have their heart. So, where does that put us,hmmm
